I wanted to provide you an update regarding Personal theft (e.g. pick pocketing, no violence used), which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

There has been a report of Theft from the New Park Side Developments on Lampton Road where people have had their Parcels stolen from the Post Areas for their House Block due to that we will be carrying out patrols in the Local Areas around the Development and speaking to the Local Residents about the issues and concerns. We would like to remind people that you should not let people into the Post Area of your House Block Development without knowing the person. If you order things from Ebay or other Web Sites please ensure you are going to be home when you order it for or put the Delivery Location to be the Development Security Office for safe keeping. This is due to Web Sites are now not leaving Parcels at these Post Locations due to the cost of replacements so do not get caught out.
